[The Admiral]
Yesterday, the government hammered the final nail into its own coffin. With pride. With confidence. With absolute certainty that protecting one corrupt minister was more important than protecting the trust of an entire nation.

One man. They chose one man over millions. One minister over the mandate. One corrupt official over the last shred of credibility this government had left.
Anura Kumara Dissanayake and his revolutionary clan proved they have zero moral obligation to fight corruption when it wears their party colors. The same people who spent decades screaming about accountability, about justice, about punishing the corrupt, about cleaning this country, stood yesterday and protected exactly what they claimed to destroy.
The Prime Minister performed as expected. A political infant pretending to be a leader. No substance. No spine. No principle. Just presence. Just standing there looking concerned while doing absolutely nothing of substance. The champion of women's affairs who cannot champion anything except party loyalty. The educator who cannot teach her own government basic ethics. The revolutionary who revolutionized nothing except her own irrelevance.
Yesterday changed everything. The government surrendered its only weapon. Its only claim to legitimacy. Its only difference from every rotten administration that came before.
They cannot touch the Rajapaksas now. They cannot prosecute Wickremesinghe. They cannot investigate Basil. They cannot charge Namal. They cannot jail anyone from the past 76 cursed years. They threw away that right yesterday. They burned that moral authority in front of the entire country.
When Namal Rajapaksa stands in Parliament and lectures the JVP about honesty, integrity, and credibility, the universe itself is laughing. But the joke is not on Namal. The joke is on everyone who believed the JVP was different. Everyone who voted for change. Everyone who trusted the revolution.
Namal Rajapaksa teaching JVP about honesty. Let it sink in. Namal. Rajapaksa. Teaching. JVP. About. Honesty. This is where we are now. This is what the government created yesterday. This is the reality they built with their own hands.
The devil did not take over this government. The devil was invited in. Given a chair. Made comfortable. Fed well. Protected thoroughly. The devil is not corrupting these people. These people are the corruption. They are not being influenced by evil. They are the evil. They are not protecting one corrupt minister. They are protecting themselves. Because if one falls, they all fall. If one is guilty, they all are guilty. If one goes to jail, they all face the same justice.
This is not about one minister anymore. This is about a system of mutual protection. A gang operating as government. A criminal enterprise wearing revolutionary masks. Yesterday they removed the masks.
Yesterday they showed everyone who they really are.
The cleaners claimed they cleaned the country. They lied.
They did not clean anything. They joined the dirt. They became the stain. They are the corruption they promised to fight. The revolution was always a con. The purity was always performance. The change was always theater.
Yesterday proved it. Yesterday made it undeniable. Yesterday removed all doubt.
The coal corruption is not the crime. Protecting the coal corruption is the crime. The tender fraud is not the scandal. Defending the tender fraud is the scandal. Jayakody is not the problem. The entire government protecting Jayakody is the problem.
This is not about one man's corruption. This is about an entire administration choosing corruption over accountability. Choosing loyalty over justice. Choosing party over country. Choosing themselves over everyone who voted for them believing things would be different.
The last hope died yesterday. The final illusion shattered. The revolutionary government revealed itself as just another corrupt administration protecting its own. No different from Rajapaksas. No better than Wickremesinghe. No cleaner than anyone they condemned.
Actually worse. Because the Rajapaksas never pretended to be clean. Wickremesinghe never claimed to be revolutionary. They were openly corrupt. Honestly criminal. Transparently rotten. But this government. This revolutionary administration. They lied. They promised. They swore they were different. They built everything on that lie.
Yesterday the lie died. The promise broke. The revolution ended. And what remains is just another corrupt government doing exactly what corrupt governments do. Protecting their own. Shielding criminals.
Abandoning principles. Betraying trust.
Wake up. This is not about politics anymore. This is about recognising that the change everyone voted for was a scam. The revolution was fraud. The clean government was a costume party where everyone dressed up as reformers while planning to loot exactly like their predecessors.
The government is not cleaning corruption. The government is corruption. The ministers are not fighting crime. The ministers are the crime. The revolutionaries are not bringing change. The revolutionaries are the same old thieves with new slogans.
Yesterday proved it beyond doubt. Yesterday made it impossible to deny. Yesterday killed the last hope that this government was anything other than another gang of criminals pretending to be leaders while robbing the country blind.
The devil did not take over. The devil was always here. Wearing revolutionary red. Singing Marxist songs. Promising change. Delivering corruption. The devil was Anura protecting his minister. The devil was the cabinet defending the indefensible. The devil was the government choosing corruption over country.
Wake up. The coffin is closed. The nails are hammered. The burial is scheduled. And the government that promised to save the country from corruption has become the corruption that will bury the country.
Yesterday they killed the revolution. Today they are dancing on its grave. Tomorrow they will pretend it never existed. And the people who believed them will be left with nothing but regret and rage.
This is your clean government. This is your revolutionary administration. This is your last hope. Dead. Buried. Forgotten. Replaced by the same corruption wearing different clothes.
Wake up. The revolution is over. The corruption won. And your government helped it win.
